Choose your Advisor
Pick the Advisor who will guide you, or arrive with her code. She helps with the process by call or at your own pace; she never gives medical advice.

Answer your questionnaire
Goals, symptoms, sleep, history and medications, in plain language, one question at a time. Your progress saves as you go.

Choose your tests
Your answers suggest which markers to test. Step by step, you pick the tests at Labcorp, Quest or Goodlabs, compare the labs side by side, and choose your package.

Get your blood drawn
At a Labcorp or Quest location near you, with preparation notes for fasting and a morning draw.

Your results
Your results arrive in your lab account. Upload the report, Adonis reads it, and you check the numbers. They join your record with reference ranges, ready for your clinician.

Your clinician visit
A licensed clinician reviews your results and history in a telehealth visit and decides what, if anything, to prescribe, in priority order.
- 07
Prepared and shipped
A licensed pharmacy prepares your prescription and ships it. You follow it from prescribed to delivered, and confirm it arrived.

Your check-in call
Once it arrives, your Advisor checks in: that it came intact, and that your questions reach your clinician.

Quarterly labs
A follow-up questionnaire and a repeat panel, compared with your baseline, so you see what changed in numbers, not impressions.
