What does it cost?
Starter from $869, Elite from $959, Premium from $1,044, depending on your lab. Each includes the lab tests you choose, a telemedicine visit and the program. Your lab cost is exactly the tests you choose, shown before you pay. Every package includes a $250 program fee, which is non-refundable.
Can I get a refund?
You can cancel yourself at any point and see exactly what comes back before you confirm. Before your lab tests are ordered, everything except the program fee comes back. Once they are ordered and before your clinician visit, the treatment and visit parts of your package come back. After the visit, if nothing was prescribed, the treatment part comes back. Once a prescription has been issued, nothing comes back. If your clinician prescribes fewer treatments than your package buys, the difference comes back to you, or, if you choose, becomes a credit on your reorders. The program fee is never refunded.
Where is my blood drawn?
At a Labcorp or Quest location near you. You choose the lab when you choose your tests. At Labcorp or Quest you book your draw in Adonis; at Goodlabs you book it with Goodlabs.
Who are the clinicians?
Licensed clinicians through our national telehealth partner. Your clinician reviews your results and history and decides what, if anything, to prescribe.
What does my Advisor do?
She guides you through the process: the questionnaire, your tests and package, your draw, and a check-in once your treatment arrives. She never gives medical advice and cannot see your answers or results.
Is it available where I live?
Adonis is available in the United States for now. Canada and Mexico are coming: choose your country when you sign up and leave your email, and we will tell you when it opens.
